Thanks tocontinuously variable damping and electronic diff quickly adjusts to suit theroad conditions and driving style. It is so quiet and controlled when cruisingbut put your foot down and it changes to a demonic overtaking tool. The thrustis just breath-taking and the XFR instantaneously fires itself at the horizon. Ilove the sound of its V8, it is absolutely incredible and it turns headseverywhere. A beast of a machine with an absolutely infectious presence on theroad. The equal of the BMW M5 dynamically, yet far easier to live withday-to-day and far more compliant when you’re not in the mood for maximumattack. Sweet steering, comfortable suspension, amazingly responsive automaticZF transmission with steering-wheel paddles and powerful brakes. Lots of torqueavailable from low revs. Surprisingly economical too, my best mpg is 34 onhighway which I think is not bad at all given its extremely powerful engine.Don’t want to sell it really but need to switch to estate/SUV. Spec list isendless but to name few: the front seats, steering wheel and windscreen areheated, seats are ventilated too. There’s sat-nav, Bluetooth, DAB digitalradio, cruise control, awesome premium stereo system (Bowers and WilkinsSurround Sound), dual-zone climate control and a reversing camera. Not asingle wear or tear on the seats. Well taken care of regardless of cost withservice history mainly at independent Jaguar specialists. I have all invoicesfrom when I bought it. Rear brake discs and pads changed, wear sensor, new reartires, new battery, index lamp bulb, engine control software update, bodycontrol software update.
